Vendors may sponsor different events at the biannual conferences of the NDPTA.  The vendor can sponsor a lunch for $150, sponsor the student reception for $100 or sponsor a break at the continuing education seminar for $50.  Booths are also available for vendors.

Vendors may also buy a Booth (which is one or two tables) for $200 at each of the conferences.

Newsletter Advertising

Ad copy should be submitted to the editor on a yearly basis or issue-by-issue basis. Check are to be made payable to NDPTA. All advertisers will recieve cpies of the issue in which thy advertise. Advertising in the NDPTA Newsletter does not imply NDPTA endorsement of products or services. The right to reject, add, or change working and/or format is retained by the editor.

The NDPTA Newsletter is published four times a year. The deadlines for submission of materials are as printed in each issue or the first of hte month preceding publication.

Letters to the Editor must be signed. Articles and letter printed express the author's views only and are not necessarily the official policy of the NDPTA. All materials submitted are subject to editorial consideration and review.

The rates for advertiing are as follows:

A specially priced initial sponsorship rate of $750 per year provides the sponsor with services worth $2,260 including online advertising, classified ads, and acknowledgement at continuing education events.

NDPTA webpage sponsors will receive a sponsor logo on the NDPTA home page with a link to the sponsor's home page if applicable, recognition of the sponsor at all NDPTA-sponsored continuing education courses ($50-100 value), 1/4-page ad in each electronic NDPTA Newsletter published quarterly ($960 value), monthly web classified ad of 51-100 words ($1200 value).
